Lori, they're made of icing, so are edible, but I wouldn't reccommend eating them as they have wires in them. Thanks for all the commments everyone. xx
Stunning wedding cake and as always there aren't enough words to desribe how good your flowers look. I never knew they had wires in though- I'll bear that in mind if I ever go to a wedding and get offered a piece of cake! The Sunderland cake looks fun too.
