Over on Arty Girlz it's challenge #52 and as it's Arty Girlz 1st birthday, the theme was of course Birthday. I used a PB image, cuttle bug embossing folder and a sizzix die cut.

Sketch Saturday

Over on Sketch Saturday, we're onto #17. I used a PB image coloured with brush markers and water coloured. The swirls are a sizzix die cut.
And this is the sketch we had to follow.

Friday Sketchers

Over on Friday Sketchers we're up to #20. I used a Tilda image coloured with brush markers used at water colours. I added glitter to the furry bits. The snowflakes are cut using a punch, coated again in glitter and finished with a pale blue gem. The text is a Stamps Away unmounted stamp.

This weeks challenge on Sarah Kay Weekly's is to use 3 different patterned papers. I decided to go peachy with this one.... lol

Tilda & Co Challenge #36

This weeks challenge over on Tilda & Co is 'Chocolate Delight' using chocolate, pink and white. I'm not a lover of chocolate, (rather have a packet of crisps..... lol) so I made my card using the colours.

Friday Sketchers #19

It's challenge 19 over on Friday Sketchers. I used a Penny Black stamped image coloured with brush markers used as water colours.

Sketch Saturday #16

It's challenge #16 over on Sketch Saturday. I used a House Mouse image for this one, water coloured with brush marker.
And this is the sketch we had to follow.

50th for a man

My hubby asked me to make a card for a work mates 50th. I always find mens card so hard to make, this is a nice easy one.

Ingredients used: BP is from DCWV, Glitter Stack

Embossing was done using a Cuttle bug folder

50, printed from computer and transferred to black card and peel offs to edge it.

House Mouse Monday Challenge #4

Another blog I came across this week is House Mouse Monday Challenge. These images are just sooooooo cute. This weeks challenge was to make a card on a budget for under £1. I used brush markers as water colours to colour the image and mounted it onto red mirri card. This cost about 26p to make.

My Latest Wedding Cake

This is the cake I've been working on this week and my last wedding cake of the year, up to now anyway, always the chance of a late order. The wedding theme was butterflies, hence the butterflies on the cake. I coloured them to match the wedding colours. The bride and groom loved it when they came to see it yesterday. Sorry the picture is a bit dark. :-(

Stamp Something Challenge

Over on Stamp Something, this weeks challenge was 'Fall'. I used a tree stamp by Sir Stampalot, its just the bare branches. I then used a tiny leaf stamp by SeeD's using green and gold ink to stamp the leaves turning colour and falling from the tree.

Wedding Card

I'm working on a wedding cake this week. I always send a card along with the cake whether I know the bride and groom or not, just something I've always done. So this is the card.
