Winter Wonderland - Here Come The Girls

A new challenge has just started over on the Winter Wonderland blog and the theme for this one is 'Here Come The Girls'.  We're being sponsored by Simon Says Stamp this week and the prize is a $15 voucher to spend in their online store.

Here's my DT card.
This image is a digi from The Paper Shelter and I've coloured it with ProMarkers and FlexMarkers.  The BP's are from a DCWV Christmas stack which I've had for a few years now.  I used a MS border punch for the borders, the sentiment is a freebie from Digi Doodle Shop, the foliage was cut with a punch and the flowers on my digi cutter and coloured with distress ink.  The bead pin I made myself.

ILPMs #114 - Flower Power

Time for a new challenge over on I ♥ ProMarkers and our theme for this one is 'Flower Power'.  Our sponsor is Digi Doodle Shop with a prize of a $10 gift certificate to spend in their online store.

Here's my DT card.
The image I used is of course by Digi Doodle Shop and is called 'Wild Rose' which you can buy and download HERE.  I used ProMarkers and FlexMarkers to colour the image and I made the flowers with the retro flower punch.  The borders were cut using a Spellbinders die, the sentiment was computer generated and then cut with a Spellbinders die.  Pearls are from Mei Flower.

CSAYL - Special U

This weeks new challenge has just started over on Christmas Stamping All Year Long and we'd like to see you make a complete gift set using your favourite template.  I made a matching gift box and card.  We're being sponsored by Perfect Presentation and their prize is a template of the winners choice.

Here's my DT gift set.

The DT all used templates from our sponsor, I used Tall Gable Box.  I printed the temlate out onto the back of my BP and used Cheery Lynn dies to decorate, and punched snoflakes.  The sentiment is computer generated and cut with a spellbinders die, and the snowflake charms from ebay.

DDSC #104 - April Showers

I used the image 'Gone Fishing which you can buy and download HERE.  I used ProMarkers and FlexMarkers to colour this image, the BPs are from Raspberry Road, I used a MS punch for the border and a Cuttlebug die for the corners.

I used a stamp from Lili of the Valley for my image, and coloured it with ProMarkers and Flexmarkers.  The BP's are from the Mr & Mrs Kit by Nitwits, the pins I made myself and the poinsettia was cut with a spellbinders die and the folliage a Marianne die.  The sentiment is a freebie from Digi Doodle Shop, cut out with Stampin Up punches, snowflakes are cute with a punch, glitter is Chamelion glitter from Debbi Moore Designs, pearls from Mei Flower.

Cheery Lynn Challenge and Craft Bubble

Morning everyone, hope you're enjoying the Easter weekend.  

Now I'm not one for making anything other than cards, so this is a real change for me.  The new challenge on Craft Mad & Loving it (Craft Bubble) has just started and the theme is to take your inspiration from a picture of mini eggs!

Here's what I did.

I cut the basket out on my digi cutter and used Cheery Lynn dies for the lace and butterflies.  This isn't the first attempt...... lol, I cut another one out, but couldn't get it to stay together, tooooooo fiddly.

The image is called Caroling Snowmen and is of course from Meljens.  My favourite colour combo for Christmas cards is blue and white.  The BP is from a Christmas DCWV stack, I cut the snowflakes with a Marianne die, the snowflake border is cut with a Memory Box die, the icicles were cut on my digi cutter, image coloured with ProMarkers and the sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly.
Why not pop over and join in the fun, just think it's another Christmas card done!.... lol

The image is a digi from Mo's Digital Pencil and it's called Spring Fairy Aleta, isn't she just gorgeous!  The border is cut with a Cheery Lynn die, the flowers are from WOC and my stash, the scrolls were cut with a Marianne die, the sentiment is a stamp from Wild Rose Studios and the BP is by Papermania, pearls from Mai Flower.

Joanna Sheen Challenge

I'd like to enter this card into the new challenge over on Joanna Sheen Challenges where the theme is 'Masculine'.  This is also my DT card for CMLI and my son's 15th Birthday card for Tuesday.

This is a Mo's image coloured with ProMarkers, the BP is from an old DCWV stack, I embossed some Core card stock and rubbed it over with an emery board to make the white core show through.
