Cheery Lynn Challenge and Craft Bubble

Morning everyone, hope you're enjoying the Easter weekend.

Now I'm not one for making anything other than cards, so this is a real change for me.  The new challenge on Craft Mad & Loving it (Craft Bubble) has just started and the theme is to take your inspiration from a picture of mini eggs!

Here's what I did.

I cut the basket out on my digi cutter and used Cheery Lynn dies for the lace and butterflies.  This isn't the first attempt...... lol, I cut another one out, but couldn't get it to stay together, tooooooo fiddly.
I'm entering this into the following challenges -
Cheery Lynn - Make a Basket
Papertake Weekly - Anything Goes
Gingerloft - Anything but a card
The Paper Shelter - Anything Goes with Easter in Mind

Brilliant basket Karen!! :)

I also sometimes struggle with 'anything but a card', as its a different type of crafting when you are constructing something :D lol.

This looks fabulous hun, love the pretty spring colours, and that lace border and gorgeous butterflies set it off a treat! :)

.........not to mention the choccy eggs..! ;)

have a smashing weekend,

hugs
