DDSB #44

This week over on Digi Doodle Shops Best we'd like to see you use SWIRLS on your project, this could be on your backing paper, die cuts, embossin, anyway you want as long as we see swirls.

I used the Vintage Bonnet image for this one, which you can buy and download HERE I coloured the image with Distress inks and the backing paper used on the side panel is from Pink Petticoat.

Die Cut Dreams Christmas Club #51

This week over at Die cut Dreams Christmas Club Challenge we have a Blog Hop to celebrate our 1st Birthday I hope you will all come and join in, you don't need to enter the challenge to join in the hop.

DDSB #43 - Anything Goes

Today sees the start of a new challenge over on Digi Doodle Shops Best and the theme this weeks is 'Anything Goes'. As usual we have a $10 gift certificate, to spend in their online SHOP for the lucky winner. There's lots of lovely digi images to choose from, well worth a nosy over there. The image I used is called 'T Bird' and you can buy and download it HERE. The image is coloured with Distress Inks, cut out and mounted with sticky pads. The pearls are from my stash.

DCD Christmas Club #50

The theme for this weeks challenge over on Die Cut Dreams Christimas Club is 'Christmas Lace' and we're sponsored by Robyn Fetish with the prize of either 5 digi images or 4 digi images and 1 digi paper set.
Here's my DT card.
I used the Christmas tree image from Robyn Fetish and a tilda image, so it looks like Tilda is adding tinsel to the tree.
The papers are a download, but I can't remember where from, I'll find it and let you know. I used one of Susies diecut to mount the image onto. I use a smaller one of the set to draw round on the BP, cut it out and used it to mat and layer. The sentiment if from Sentiments 4 You, the Poinsettia is cut with one of Mariannes Creatable dies and the lace and gem are from my stash.

It's Rosies turn to set the challenge this week over on Craft Mad & Lovin' It on Craftbubble, so we have a lovely sketch and her theme is 'Mirror Mirror'

DCD Christmas Club #49

This weeks theme over on Die Cute Dreams Christmas Club is 'Punch Out Your Sentiment'. We're being sponsored by the lovely Lynne from Sentiments 4 You, so all the DT used Lynnes sentiments.
Here's my DT card.
I used a Sarah Kay image for this one, I didn't use any of these stamps for my last Christmas cards, so I decided I would this year. I used a MS border punch down the sides.I coloured the image with Distress Inks and added a bit of sparkle to the fur on her coat.I used the small Poinsettia dies by Mariannes Creatables for the flowers and a MS punch for the snowflakes and topped them off with glitter and a gem.

Craft Mad & Loving It! 8th January

We're onto our 2nd challenge of the year over on Craft Mad Loving It on Craftbubble and it's my turn to host the challenge.
Heres my sketch and my them is to use Pearls.

I bought this stamp in Florida back in October and it's the first time I've used it. I coloured the image with Distress Inks.For the flowers I used a Lutus flower punch, embossed them on the wrong side and added the pears for the centres.

The image I used is called 'Old Boat & Lake and I coloured it with Distress Inks, and I got to use my new Grande Nesties for this one. I had no buttons to match so I used die cut buttons.You can buy and download this image HERE

Do It With Digi's - New Challenge Blog

Today sees the start of a brand new challenge blog, Do It With Digi's and I'm proud to be a member of the DT.
You've got to use a digi image on your work for all of the challenges here, but it's up to you where you get your images from, as long as it's a digi. There will be a new challenge posted every other Thursday, so you have 2 weeks to make your card for this one.
The theme for our first challenge is 'New Beginnings', this could be a new baby, new home, new job, anything involving a new start really.
Here's my DT card.The image is from the lovely Digi Doodle Shop and is the image I use for all of my new baby cards, I just love it!I coloured the image with Distress Inks, the flowers I made using a punch, and also coloured with Distress Inks and added perfect pearls to the centres.
The sentiment is of course from Sentiments 4 You, I placed a heart gem over the printed heart and cut the sentiment out with a punch.

I ♥ ProMarkers #47 Recycle

The first challege for the New Year has just started over on I ♥ ProMarkers and the theme for this one is 'Recycle', we'd also like you to tell us with part of your project is recycled and where it come from. I used a Daisy & Dandelion image for this one. I stamped the football background and the recycled part it the ribbon which came from the wrapping on a Christmas present.
