I ♥ ProMarkers. #8

It's time for another challenge over on I ♥ ProMarkers and this week sees the debut for out new DT members. This week we're being sponsored by Willow Designs and the prize is a CD with a selection of images designed by Sharon and a pack of ProMarkers. All the of the DT have used images from Willow for their cards this week, why not pop over, take a look and join us in the challenge.
This weeks challenge is to follow the sketch and include swirls/flourishes in your project. I used the Cuttlebug embossing folder.

Ethereal Forest Designs Tuesday

Here's another sneak peak at one of the April release images from Ethereal Forest Designs. I used the 'Lily Bouquet' image and coloured it with ProMarkers.I bought a Kenetic Swing Card template at the craft fayre the other week and decided this was the perfect image to try it out on. The paper's are from Pink Petticoat and the gems from my stash.

Die Cut Dreams #41

This weeks challenge over on Die Cut Dreams is to use Black and White plus 1 other colour on your project, I used silver as my other colour.
Well I bought these butterfly dies a couple of weeks ago and was itching to use them, and this was the perfect excuse. And not a ProMarkers in sight...... lol.
The Swirly bits were cut from a Sizzix die, the butterflies and heart stamp are from a Daisy and Dandylion set. The sentiment was printed on the computer.

Sneak Peak week on Ethereal Forest Designs

This is sneak peak week for next months new releases over on Ethereal Forest Designs. Here's my first one.
I choose Jewel'd Blossoms for my first sneak peak and coloured her with ProMarkers.
I distressed my plain card with distress ink, then over stamped with a flower stamp.
The flowers I made myself using a sizzix die.

It's Willow Sketchie time again everyone and this week the DT got to work with Winnie Owl which you can buy HERE.
Here's my DT card for this week.
I coloured Winnie with ProMarkers and added a little bit of stickles glitter to her bow and handbag. The backing papers are also in the Winnie download.

Die Cut Dreams #40

This weeks challenge over on Die Cut Dreams is 'New Beginnings'
Here's my cardThe images is a stamp by KaDoodle and I coloured it with Prisma Colour Pencils and used Sansador to blend the colours. I crumpled up a piece of paper and distressed it with Spun Sugar, one of the new Distress Inks and matt and layered the image onto it.

This week over on LGS, Cindy is our GDT and has given us a love sketch to work with and her twist is to use brads, buttons and bows.
Here's my card.
I used ProMarkers to colour the image and stamped up the background using distress ink.

Willow Sketchie Challenge 18th March

It's my turn this week to provide the sketch over on WSC and we got to work with the lovely Walter which you can buy and download here.
Here's my sketch.And heres my card.
The papers I used are also from the Walter download. I coloured the image with Prisma pencils, which I'm still learning how to use. The flower was made by me using a sizzix die and a punch for the leaves. I finished off with a bit of card candy, I love that stuff and a bit of faux stitching.

I ♥ ProMarkers #6

The challenge over on ILPM's this week is to follow the usual sketch but you're not allowed to use backing papers on your card, we want you to make your own background, whichever way you please.
Here's my DT card.For my background I used distress ink and distressed the edges, then used a stamp from the Baroque set by Stampin Up, I love this stamp, again using distress inks. The flower was made using the Retro Flower punch.
Why not pop over and join in this week. We've got Letraset sponsoring us this week and the prize is a pack of ProMarkers.

Ethereal Forest Designs Tuesday

For my card this week over on Ethereal Forest Designs, I decided to use Jewel Planting, available here I coloured Jewel with ProMarkers, I made the flowers with a couple of punches and the embossing was done with a Cuttlebug ebossing folder.

This weeks theme is 'Pack a Punch' and we were given some digi downloads to work with, from Di's Digidownloads, they're lovely to work with too. For this challenge you've got to use at least 2 different punches on your work, please note, it's got to be punches not nestie shapes or die cuts.
Here's my card.I coloured my image with Distress Inks and the die shape is from Susies online shop, Die Cut Dreams. I used 3 punches on my card, a MS border punch, flower punch and a leaf punch.

I used the Easter Bunny download and the sentiment is from the Bunny Sentiments set. I coloured the image with ProMarkers. I printed out 3 imges and decoupaged some parts to give the card some dimension. I made the flowers myself using a sizzix die.

Willow Sketchie Challenge 4th March

It's Willow Sketchie Challenge time again. This weeks sketch was designed by Jane, her first sketch with us, and it was lovely to work with. The DT used on of the downloads from Willow Designs, this week, 'A Walk In The Park'

I used ProMarkers to colour the image, the papers are also from Willow Designs, from one of the Alfie downloads. I used sticky pads to mount everything up to give more dimension.

I ♥ ProMarkers #4

This week over on I ♥ ProMarkers, the challenge is a little bit different to the norm. We're being sponsored this week by The Cutting Cafe and were lucky enough to be given various templates for shaped cards. We've all used different shapes, so pop over and see what we came up with.
I used the Apple shaped template and had the perfect image and BP for it.

The backing paper is from Stampin Up, the flower I made myself with a sizzix die and the image was a freebie from Elizabeth Bell a few weeks ago.

Ethereal Forest Designs

Today sees the launch of a new digi image store, Ethereal Forest Designs Why not pop over and take a look at their lovely images and sentiments. There are 27 brand new images and sentiments and more to come in the next few months!
I was lucky enough to be chosen as a member of their DT and I'm really looking forward to working with Darsie and all the other girls. I used Marble the Unicorn, coloured with ProMarkers and I added a touch of sparle to the mane and horn. The papers are by My Minds Eye - Laundry Days. I love this image.

Die Cut Dreams #37

This weeks challenge over on DCD is to follow a sketch designed by me! I love following sketches with layers and I know alot of people do too.
Here's my sketch.And my card.
The image is called A Tasty Read by Elizabeth Bell and she's coloured with ProMarkers. The colours I used are -
Ivory, Blush,Peach, Soft Peach, Putty, Satin, Mustard, Saffron
Red, Ruby, Warm Grey 1, Cool Grey 1, Cocoa,
Burnt Umber, Meadow Green and Apple.
The backing paper if by My Minds Eye from a stack called Laundry Line.
I used Card Candy to finish off.

WSC on Craftbubble 27th February

This weeks challenge is set by Rosie and she designed a lovely sketch for us to follow and a twist that you have to use a digi image on your project.
