As you'll all know October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, so I've changed my background to support it. It will stay pink until the end of the month, and this post will stay at the top of my blog till the end of the month too, so please scroll down to see my cards.
Some of you will know I lost my dear Sister In Law Lynn to breast cancer 18 months ago, so this is something that's really close to my heart. Lynn fought a long hard battle for almost 6 years and never once did she give up and I've never known a more positive person than her. Lynn was more like my 3rd sister (I have 2) than a Sister In Law, and I miss her terribly and not a day goes by when she's not in my thoughts.
So this is also in memory of Lynn and to all the people out there living with breast cancer and to those who sadly lost their fight with it.

Beautiful tribute to your sister in law. I just found out today that a friend of mine has been diagnosed with breast cancer too. She's still going through the initial checks to see if it's spread, finds out next week what her treatment will be. Fingers crossed for her that it will be localised.
