This image is of course from Digi Doodle Shop and is called 'The Jockey - Lucky 7' which you can buy and download HERE.
The BPs are from a DCWV stack which I've had for ages, I made the rosette myself, the sentiment is a stamp from Wild Rose Studios, I finished of with a few gold coloured gems.
